Oliver Baezner

Oliver is the Founder of Sonic Coaching Partners. As an Executive Business Coach, he leverages his 30 years in leadership and management roles with some of Canada’s largest corporations including Energizer and Shoppers Drug Mart. He’s also the former Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of Canada’s largest publicly owned craft brewery, Big Rock Brewery.

Oliver has worked with a variety of well-known clients, including an NHL Hockey Team, as well as executives, business owners and their teams in dozens of industries. He is also a certified chair for MacKay CEO Forums, where he helps some of Calgary’s top CEOs accelerate their performance through peer learning.

In addition to his extensive coaching and leadership development work, Oliver is the co-founder of 100 Men Who Give A Damn, a Calgary organization of community-minded men who raise money for local charities, which has now grown to over 51 chapters of men and 92 chapters of people, men, and kids across North America, with an impact of over $10 Million raised for local community charities.

As Productivity Coach and Time Management Specialist, Noreen helps her clients transform their scattered to-do lists, overflowing inboxes, and chaotic calendars into seamless, structured systems that support focus, clarity, and success.

Noreen draws on a robust 30-year corporate career, having worked with four of Canada’s largest commercial real estate firms. It was through her own success with effective time management that she discovered a passion for productivity coaching and transforming ineffective work practices for others. Today, she is dedicated to empowering professionals across diverse industries around the world to simplify their workflows, do more in less time, reduce stress, and achieve lasting success.

Noreen believes that true productivity and time management is achieved by aligning your daily activities with your key priorities and carving out dedicated time to focus on them. By combining proven strategies with empathetic guidance, she empowers clients to create personalized systems that promote clarity, organization, and genuinely effective work practices.

Outside of coaching, Noreen enjoys being in nature with her husband and Black Labrador, sharing a delicious home cooked meal with close family and friends, and attending fitness classes with her twin sister. Her passion for life and continuous learning infuses every aspect of her work, keeping her inspired and connected to the world around her.

Dennis Carr

As a Growth and Development Manager with Sonic Coaching Partners, Dennis brings more than 24 years of professional experience in senior sales and marketing working in large retail environments, specifically the food and beverage industry.

Dennis provides expertise in brand awareness and leveraging the organization’s profile. He demonstrates exceptional budget management, time management and prioritization skills.

Dennis is a strong team player with excellent skills in key account management, organization, public speaking, communication skills and relationship building.

He brings a career history of sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills and creative energy to challenging situations, with a personal emphasis on building collaborative solutions and empowering staff.

Executive Assistant

Melissa Leech

Melissa is the Executive Assistant at Sonic Coaching, where she provides high-level administrative and client support to ensure every engagement runs seamlessly. She plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, managing communications, schedules, and logistics—so clients receive timely, organized, and professional service.

Melissa brings a strong foundation in organization, multitasking, and people-focused service. Her previous experience has equipped her with exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex priorities, all of which directly enhance the experience of Sonic Coaching’s clients.

Originally from British Columbia, Melissa moved to Alberta in 2007, making it her home. Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors with her family, crocheting, and a good cup of coffee.
